Service Agreements

Each Commercial business will need to sign a Service Agreement. To achieve this, you will be paired with our Franchise Agent, who will assist you in determining your dumpster service needs, including the appropriate container size and type, as well as the frequency of service. This service agreement shall identify at a minimum:

• the service(s) that will be provided;
• the size and type(s) of Collection Container(s) that will be used;
• the frequency of Collection Service;
• the Scheduled Collection Day(s);
• the Rates for the services that will be provided to the Customer; and
• the total amount to be paid each month by the Customer
